Outdoor Bootcamp starts March 10th 2020

Are you interested in improving your overall physical appearance and well being?  Would you like to transform your body? Are you ready to “get fit” in the beautiful outdoors? 

Tamara’s Fitness adventure will have you looking great and feeling terrific! Enjoy exercising outdoors in beautiful locations and meeting lots of great people! Each class features something new including weight training, agility drills, core strength, power walking, hiking, kick boxing and so much more!

Participants will receive:
• Before & after 5 point fitness testing
• Before & after body fat & girth measurements
• Daily nutritional coaching
• Nutrition booklet; including recipes, snack ideas, meal planning, six-week logbook and much more.
NOTE: Repeat clients will receive new recipes/info. Via e-mail.

DATE: March 10 – April 16th 2020 (6 weeks)
DAYS: TUES & THURS EVENINGS and SUNDAY MORNINGS (3 times per week)
TIME: TUES & THURS 6:15-7:15pm & SUN 9:30-10:30am
CLASS SIZE: 20 participants                                                                                                    NUMBER OF SESSIONS: 17                                                                                                 

LOCATION: All classes are located outdoors in the Esquimalt/Gorge area, Dallas Rd and the occasional Sunday morning in the Westshore. (you will receive a schedule upon registration)

COST: $195.00 per person (taxes are included)

VIP RATE: $165.00 (applies to participants who have completed three Boot camps)
DROP IN RATE: $17.00 (applies only to participants who have completed at least one full Boot camp)

VIP DROP IN RATE: $15.00 (applies to participants who have completed three Boot camps)
NOTE: No nutrition or measurements included for drop ins

This program is for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced! Don’t be discouraged; take this at your own pace! There will always be someone at your fitness level.
