Tamara’s fitness started in 2003 in Victoria. Our mission is to help people achieve life changing goals. Each program is six weeks in length and includes cardio, strength, endurance, and much more!
Every class is different from the last in order to challenge the muscles for the best results possible. We will push you to the limit, but at the same time modify exercises for people with different fitness levels and various injuries.
